View Full Version : GM/ CSR, Please help with this issue: 503 error

I saw unable to connect server after I tried to login, but my internet is functioning normally~

Solution that I've tried and not working:

1.uninstall/reinstall
2.reformatted
3.Raw install(Install it and run it before I install the other program after I formatted the computer)
4.Port forward
5.Turn off fire wall
6.Replaced the Local file with files from another computer

This 503 issue has been here for at least 1 week , please help.


System :
Microsoft XP service pack 2 Home Edition
Computer:
Inspiron E 1505
1.5 Gb ram
DirectX 9.0

Use the :
Outspark Support Database (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=view).

If the problem persists after searching the database, then PM Fiesta_Help

Generally, error codes are related, in series like 500, 501, 502, 503 would be related.

This (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=124&nav=0,1,6) tells you to do the unmentionable chore of uninstalling/reinstalling the client. And you've already done that.

I suggest turning in a ticket to the Outspark Support, since they're telling you to.
