Ok I'm confused. I'm already 19, but i didn't really train my scroll production skill at all until now. And when I say I didn't "really", I mean I didn't "at all". So, I go to Skill Master Ruby (cause I'm back in Roumen) to get the skill to be able to make Power (Tier 1) that adds 65 dmg to my weapon / magic skill. I don't see it in her purchase box!! I see someone selling what I think is the skill... I buy it off them for 100C (probably a bad idea) and I right click. It doesn't make that noise like I've learned anything and all the sudden there is a buff on me saying my aim is increased?
So where do I buy the Power (Tier 1) Skill?!?! Does she only have the recipe in there SOMETIMES? I'm kind of aggrivated now lol.
