how do u equip skills?

You mean put them on the hotbar? Just open the skills window and drag the upper left corner to the center of the hotbar slot.

i think he means putting the skill points on it .. i don'tknow how to do that either i have 2 skill points and it won't go on anything

To learn skills: right click them

To equip skills in hotbar: drag and drop in the slot you want it in.

To empower skills: Open skills("k") click "empower" drag and drop the skill you want to empower in the top slot. use the tiny arrows to increase/decrease the skill empower. Click "complete" when finished.

ok right beside empower skills it says skill points 3 and i can't drag and drop the skill to empoer in the top slow the skill icon won't even move i'm lvl 7
