Bone Shot 1 (Archer Skill)

I purchased the skill Bone Shot 1 and trained it from my inventory, checked my skills to put into my toolbar and it was not there. I went back to the NPC and saw it did not reflected my trained skill.

I purchased Bone Shot 1 once more, saw the scroll in my inventory and right clicked to train it. Checked skills and it was not there, also checking again with the NPC it does not reflect it has been learned/trained as my other skills do.

I found out the bug happens if you train your skill prior to leaving the purchasing NPC and not closing out her window with the skills.

I think this should be fixed as most people would be eager to train the special right away and be unaware it would lose the skill entirely if training while the window is still up.

if you 'train' while the window is still up you don't train but actualy sell the scroll back to the skillmaster just like rightclicking sells items in all other shops. though the money you get is not even close to how much you paid for the skill.

Bone Shot is a awesome skill and I use it a lot with my hawk archer but I hardly see anyone else using it.
I wonder why that is!
Maybe they are having trouble equipping it like you say.
Stack Bone Shot and follow it with Poison Shot and most mobs don't last long after that.
Even really tough mobs like boogy knights go down fast.
It uses a lot SP though but it is worth it.

Ah that does explain it, I hadn't thought of it being able to be re-sold...well thats kinda silly
