If Ioann is still playing I'm 95% sure it will be him to 89 first.

Probably could've been me since I was grinding 22 hours a day. There is no prize for winning so there is absolutely no point to hitting 89 first.

Its going to be the person who hoarded the most quests Like the Golden Bat quest and expo quests who reaches 89 first anyway...
