KQ Glitch

I'm not sure if this is just me, but sometimes during Kingdom Quests (and this is the only time, mind you) my character simply freezes in place. It's usually next to a "wall" or other cutoff point, like I'm stuck in the wall. While in this frozen state I can't move, no matter how much I click to move, but text still appears and I can still lock on to Allies/Enemies. Yet, I can't attack the locked-on Enemies.

This has happened to me three times out of the twenty or so times I've done Kingdom Quests, so it's not that often. However, it's annoying nonetheless that I can't aid anyone and get no credit for kills. Anyone else have this problem?

Id suggest making sure its not your system stats first, I've never even heard of it and I've been around for a while, and in a ton of KQs. The only thing I've ever done was suddently white screen crash from a KQ - still unsure how that happened and it only happened once.


Check background programs, do you have anything running like AIM, MSN, Trillian,Yahoo? Turn them off.

If you have any "programs" to make leveling easier or botting- get rid of it.
Remember to go in with some empty room in your inventory- for some reason one of my chars crashed and I noticed it was when I was supposed to get an item, but was full.

Basically turn off anything you don't need to play (aka ISP, Outspark luancher) and turn down your graphics- you may just be overloading your system. Try that and see what happens.

it's because u tried to attack an enemy which was beyond a point u couldn't pass then u gt stuck. it happens when I try to snipper things from the stairs like the jewel grave robber in luminous u get stuck. but all u have to do is log out then back in and problem is solved.

on my fighter I was stuck runnin next to a tree...

So I was bored and got World DJ from shouting "Invisible Treadmill" ALot ><

Yes happened to me on my archer...Mara quest..had to re-log and catch up with my party.

it's not a KQ glitch, it happens anywhere. it usually when u attack a mob and the attacks try to take you through a wall to the mob, but you get stuck and cant move, relog and problem solved

same thing happen to me in Golden Hill KQ
again re-login help solve the problem

The only sad thing was during that time being if u just happen to be a mage (like me) with little HP and attack by a mob

That actually happened to me earlier, so I know the pain. But if you relog its usually ok, and still throws you back into the KQ.

Happened to me once, got stuck on the stairs. But i just click a mob out of range and attacked it to get unstuck

Sucks... I've only done like 3 or 4 KQ's and I've been stuck in most of them, seems to happen when I move into an area whilst attacking. ;/

This happened to me too! I'm still waiting it out as of now...I go stuck in 2nd slope.:(

Uhm... yeah you do. I get disconnected in KQ's all the time and have to relog. I jump right back in. Only if you relog before entering the KQ, does it kick you out.
