Afaik they didnt changed anything .. it was ok here when i ran it.
Did you changed your resolution or something like that?

I was playing lunia but it didn't work so, i closed it, and opened this up, it was stupid, so i closed and this is what im getting.

yeh just go to you option to graphic settings and chage it back to full screen.

1.) log in to the game
2.) go to the far right bottom and click options
3.) find the graphics settings and click the circle next to "window mode" ( that toggles it back and forth from window mode to full screen)
It isn't rocket science :)

Full screen mode is different, i just want it back to where the white lines are
I started lunia
i got runetime error
closed lunia (my whole computer was still zoomed in)
open outspark
and got it that small

How? Please go through step by step
You have two options, I don't know which one will work best for you so try them both if you can: (Assuming you're running Windows XP)
1. Click the start button at the bottom left, find and click the control panel, click on the display icon and go to the settings tab, change the resolution to about 1280x768 then click apply (if it sais Appearence and Themes, User Accounts etc... click Appearence and Themes then on change the screen resolution then change it to about 1280x768).
2. While playing FiestaOnline, hit Esc, then click graphic settings: now you have 2 choices again, either click the orange circle to the right of window mode so it is no longer windowed, or chose the other resolution (wide).

Is Lunia forcing your comp to change resolutions maybe? right click a open spot on desktop and switch it back if it is.

Then click on a different resolution (bigger)
