Are you asking about monster eggs to get a pet? For those, you need to complete either the lv25 pet quest (and get a poyo, poko or poku) or the lv35 one (and get bow wow, parrot, poodle, hippocamus, etc.). There's a guide in the 'Quest & Game System Guides' section of the forums for the latter quest.
