Configuration is Incorrect

Alright, looks cool and all and i know your workin out the kinks for install, but getting the error C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\Outspark.exe
This application has failed because the configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Well just the same as others, reinstalling proves a waste of time. I attempted from the main page to go to the DOWNLOAD NEWEST VERSION OF LAUNCHER page, but clicking "HERE" sends me to a Page Not Found. Anyone having any luck with this? Thanks
