anyone know how to craft shield scroll(tier2)

i have been make so many scroll. so now my scroll skill is 1205/12000.
it tell me that i can craft shield scroll(tier2). can add 70+ def

so i run to the skill NPC. but i cant find the advance spell scroll which add def .


someone know how to get the advance spell scroll which add def .
plz tell me . ths here

me facing the same problem here.. can't find the Tier 2 version for defense production scroll..

seen about 50 threads of this wish Devs sticky one, T2 Vit or Def can not be boughten at this time, ive seen 1 screen shot of a toon finding the T2 vit one, about it
