4000 posts and quitting?

Yes, well, I've been on the Forums for nearly a year, and I'm taking a break. In 1 year, I have achieved 4k posts and enough rep to satisfy anyone. However, I am still taking a long break (1-2 months). I've had a great time talking with people on the Forums. The main reasons I need this break is:

1. Most of my friends, all the way back from last November, are no longer active. Most of the mature crowd is gone. Every day there are 20 new people spamming up the Forums, and there is no more good conversations to be had. Also, the deletion of the "Buddy List" feature also didn't help out.

2. The people. Most of the new people who have never been on a Forum, and they ask many questions that have already been thoroughly covered. That's OK. What tires me is that people who have been here for months don't bother using the Search function, and procede to spam up certain sections with topics that reappear 5 times a week.

3. The rudeness, which is escalating. When I first came here, all of us had fun, we made fun of each other, everyone liked everyone. Now, in the past 2 months, a bunch of people have decided to flame each other for completely trivial reasons, and after having solved/trying to solve these problems, I am just sick of it.

I might still be coming on the check the Marketplace, and more then not to offer my opinion to someone, but I am through for a while with being active 24/7.

I believe, as many of you do, that I've written my fair share of guides, some more successful than others. I've helped players who needed it the most. I've done all I can to make the Forums a better place. Now, with our new CL's, I leave it up to them.
