Lost enchantment. Ó.Ó

I got a level 50 green staff, bought red eyes and blue miles...then i won gold nines on rimis game...chented to +4...i think...might have been +5...and then put it in 4 bag on inventory. I have just hovered over it now and it doesn't have any enchantment...can anyobe help.

The only reason i can think this has happened that is that the "old bag" ran out and i moved the staff from the now unavalible 4th bag it bag 1...and now the enchantment is gone...does anyone know what is going on? :S

Understandable. I'd suggest submitting a ticket to Fiesta_help, but I don't think they'll be able to recover it for you. When you enhance always take a screenie, that way if something like this does happen you have a before and after to prove it.
