Cant cast any spell

usual the spell work fine. but sometime(actually its quite often ) it got stick and cant cast.
I kept press each spell icon and I could see that my charactor make the cast pose, but the spell didn't come out. and the target wasn't getting any damage.
I had to log off. and close the client, then restart the client. then the spell work again.
Help me. please. this very **** me off.

This happened to me today for the first time (about 2h ago). I saw the character making the casting motions but the SP bar did not go down plus the monsters didn't get damage and they did not start attacking as usual but ignored me.
So Iwent to the character window and reselected my mage in hope to solve the problem but it didn't help. I had to close the game and restart for casting to work.

Something else happened to me for the first time today as well (just now to be exact). When talking to templar maria about teleporting to sea of greed i got the popup 'do you want to move ->yes ->no' and after pressing yes nothing happened. I stayed in Roumen and could not move to another map (I have tried using both Elderine and Roumen teleport spells in hope of loading a map but although the spells were used up they did not move me anywhere). While in Roumen I was able to enter shops but could not talk to NPCs.Again closing the game was necessary.

haha that happened to me yesterday wait till the problem grows and you cant cast with the buttons on your keyboard or by right clicking and then when you unequip a spell from your speed bar and cant reequip it and cant un equip or cast your other spells in your speed bar by mouse or by keyboard button i have closed and relaunched and it didnt fix it im thinking of trying to reinstall and see if it goes away after that but after all the install issues recently im scared i wont be able to log in anymore by doing so
