Is server still down?

Hi.

I've just finished downloading the 1.2.102 patch and installing it, but when I try to login it gets to where the servers WOULD have been and says 'failed to connect to servers'

Is the server still down for maint? or is this something more which I should post in technical?
Quick response would be appreciated.

Being the bearer of bad news.. SKiNG said in the live chat it could be delayed. So just keep that in mind, if you will.
