Actually by now its been 8 hours since maintenance was started. =D Patience people, this will be well worth the wait... hopefully.
XD Honestly this is about the same amount of time it took when they accidentally opened BR around March. Only at that point they were taking the map away, not giving it to us.

It's most likely they extended the maintenance due to the complications applying it, though I am thinking they did it intentionally and in return give the servers an EXP boost to rush the lvls.. *sigh* marketing purposes.. ;)

Why would they do that? I mean I can see why, but in the long run the level cap is only being raised by 10 levels. Hardcore fiestians will have that breached in absolutely no time, and will be complaining, yet again, that they want a cap raise.
Sure, its only for a certain amount of time or whatever, but that's a step closer to every new capped player. Spare the ears from the complaints! XD

As you see for many players it takes over 15 avg. hours of game-play to lvl a character from lv70+ due to low quest instability and low exp off mobs. And the increase in lv70s takes most of the share off people's play hours. Also the exp required to lvl from lv80+ is pretty huge itself. Longer hours it takes to lvl to the lvl a person wants means more SC, market purposes.

I hear that 1-79 was supposed to be the EASY part... and since the cap raises were 20 levels at a time and now this time its only 10 levels... I think they expect us to take about as long to get these 10 levels as it was to get the previous 20 levels o.o'... after all... the exp it takes to level up only grows right?

And it's hard to lvl up 0.0 cuase im new i havent a clue how to lvl (ofcource kill mobs but i dont know where to)

Just be patient, im sure the GMs are working hard on this issue and get the servers up as fast as they can.

I dont think anyone is angry at the GMs -
just the fact that they cant play the game
