This guild is a pioneer in a new system of infrastructure for guild management. We are unlike other guilds in that we are not a social club without rules or boundaries. We require dedication and determination for you to make it in our ranks. Only the willing need apply.
There are four subdivisions of Bad Company. The Legion of the Blood Bow, Legion of the Shattered Cross, Legion of the Iron Fist, and the Legion of the Black Flame. Each is specialized to accept and train one class.
Legion Commanders are honorable men and women who work diligently to produce weekly newsletters, provide helpful hints, and coordinate challenges for the growth of their division.
The High Council are the top ranking officers of Bad Co, divided into two groups. The High Council, and Intelligence. High Council spots are reserved for the most active members with the best judgment for recruits and are in charge of accepting in game applicants and hiring them on, as well as aiding Legion Commanders when necessary. Intelligence are involved in the research of other guilds and key peoples, they are our spies.
New members will be required to report to their respective Legion Commanders once a week on their activity, and based on their eligibility and completion of specific ordinances, will be promoted through the ranks of Novice/Apprentice/Scholar/General/Captain.
The different levels will acquire different privileges, such as borrowing weapons or armor from the guild store, overseeing events, recommending recruits, and at the highest ranks they can even have a dip in the guild treasury when necessary.
The benefits to designing a guild this way are obvious. Structure for support, so that even when a guild master is not available, it is guaranteed that someone will be there to help you in your quest for improvement.
Weekly challenges can range from pvp events to banner design contests, and prizes can vary from personal leveling assistance, to money, items, and glory. Not to mention winners will be announced in the guild wide bi-weekly letters.
