Freezing after using a skill?

As in title, i try to use a skill with a cast bar and i lock up on my screen and am unable to move or use any other skills, but people say my character is doing things normally. So i dunno what to do about it? pls help?

My character does the same, i often die because i can only cast one spell before a monster gets to me. This is especially bad during KQs. I am level 22, and I have been killed by a ratman because my character freezes after casting a spell.

Hi, My charatcer seems to do the same thing as well. When I cast a spell at times it freezes then i die because I cannot move. Also since the new patches the game seems to freeze a bit more than usual.

again my character has frozen several time during attacks & I have lost large amount of experience because i could not move to attack then died because of it. Will this problem be fixed. I know for a fact it is not my internet connection because I have a connection speed of 1500 kbs.

I'm thinking that's a lag spike. I've seen the same as well but also, be sure to check what spells are on you, I do know some spawns cast a 'slow attack' spell that makes you act choppy like that sometimes. There's many factors that could be involved, but I don't believe what is beind experienced is anything beyond either 1) pack loss, 2) lag (see #1), or 3) Slow spells cast on you.
