I've heard that T2 is really hard to get and also T3, is it true?

What is your question get to the level high enough to make em, or to get the skills?
Let me try answer both.
High Enough Level:
I have just recently started to try get my level high enough to make T3 scrolls. I've been at it for a week, and I'm at 6595/12000 as we speak. I make anywhere from 600 to 1000 scrolls per day. I vend to buy materials and I vend to sell scrolls. It's quite a process. I sell to break even/make a profit of about 5-10c per scroll, and my working capital is 75s. I hope to hit 12000 by next week Wednesday latest.
Get the skills:
As you can see, I'm way past what you need to make things like Vitality 2, Shield Increase 2 and Speed Increase 2. The problem is that people sell these skills for anything from 800s to 2g. Not exactly spare change. The reason why I'm pushing for T3, is i've bought the Vitality 3 recipe and the Shield Increase recipe for 100s each (alot less than tier 2). I believe that reason they sell for so little in comparison, is that it takes a long time to try and get yourself up to 12000 points.
