Please help with this

when the launcher start, it try to connect ot patch server 5 times then i get:
Network Error: Could not connect to patchdb.outspark.net

in the outspark.exe.log i have some errors, last 1 is:

the "patchdb.outspark.net" error i usually get when im having connection probs...I really haven't seen it for other reasons Oo

I had the same problem u guys.
But i know how to fix it,
all u do is unstall the cruuent fiestia and
install a new one i hope this helped you.

your path to the patch server is blocked somehow. that's why using a proxy helps, cuz it reroutes your path to the server.

Try deleting temporary internet files and/or getting rid of your firewalls temporarily.

This might allow you to get by without a proxy.

try going to your run command and typing "ping patchdb.outspark.net" if you get "request timed out" then the update server is offline.

One other small tip as a security professional, unknown proxies are a big risk to you and your data, all your requests to the internet go via the proxy, that includes your bank details when you log in to your internet banking, make a purchase etc... think before you allow anyone else on the internet proxy your connection, unless you know them in person and trust them, don't even consider doing it!

As you can see, the issue has to do with player's internet connection.
Often times it helps to just give it a few minutes and try again at a later moment.
