Not Able To Register Weapon

Everytime I try to do the quest to register your weapon. Which requires a ratman license. It said an unknow error have occur. How can I come to fix this problem?

I had an issue like that, but i found out my problem was i was on my horse. Once i got off my horse i was able to register

Ah, I'm glad that this bug is already known. I came to the bug reporting forum to note that I had that "Unknown Error" in trying to register a license while on a horse. It works after I get off the horse, of course. ;P
