What is it called and what stats does it give? Would it happen to be called seal of light or something? Thanks.

It's a Seal of Light and provides +3 WIS.
Item that can be equipped from Priest and above. Symbol of rank!

Not that I don't trust you or anything, but can somebody else confirms that it gives +3 wis bonus as well? Thanks.
