Can someone help me with this problem? Im new here and just got registered today.
I have an error message that looks like this

I downloaded the latest patcher, and also the manual patch.
I have searched and read all the possible solutions.
My internet connection works fine.
My firewall is off.
I dont have any proxies either.
I restarted my computer.
I re-downloaded the game.
But none of them didnt actually work on mine.
I tried to fix it on my own but fails miserably.
I greatly appreciate to those who can solve my problem.
