i would prefer for you to reset your interface and if it still doesnt work pm a CSR to help you with your problem :]

Press Esc until your Options comes up. Click on Game Options, and then Reset Interface.
If your chat bubbles are missing as well as your chat box, just make sure the Chat Bubbles option is filled in.
