I knew that from the get go when i signed up. So there are a lot of kids asking why they can't play yet? Then they 1) aren't really good in english or 2) They just didn't bother reading. Sorry if i'm stating the obvious here.

Closed-beta testing comes before open beta, and that is if they have open beta at all.
CBT might go to full instead of open and then full.
This is kind-of an obvious thread, heh.
