C++ and Can't run scripts?

This is odd. When I d/l fiesta, it says C++ something, and then it closes the launcher. Next time, 4 windows pop up and tell me it can't run scripts. ( error 58?) After this, I type in my account info. and can't log in. Now I know it is my computer because on my brothers computer fiesta runs fine, and when I login on his computer, I don't get a message telling me I can't run scripts and it allows me to login. Any suggestions?

reinstall it....... prolly a file got moved or lost and did not go to the
right place on your computer....
