Looking for a Master

Does anyone know how the new monarch system works? I'm trying to find it in the GAME GUIDES section but I couldn't find it. I'm still clueless how that new system works.

Also, I just turned lvl70 (becoming lvl71 soon) and I'm looking for a lvl80+ master. I'm a warrior so I'm hoping to have a warrior master too.

i checked the site and i think it is only for the other version of fiesta. i see guild academy, cooking system, etc. I want something that is applicable to this fiesta we're playing right now.

Actually Holy Promise is the master/apprentice system. It just switches the name from master to 'supporter'

Guild academy is the next master/apprentice step I don't think we have that yet.
