CB Players - Apoline or Teva?

Ive played couple of Games in Beta Versions, and when this happens (new servers open) its really hard to decide what server to choose, specially when your avatar in the recent server is very stable (+9 weapon? 100s? friends, guildmates). Anyways it will not be hard for you to start again if your a "Power Gamer", coz you will have the time to play all you want and no limits, but if your a "Casual Gamer" your decisions will be affected by friends and guildmates or you are pissed with the current server.

The previous games I played in Beta Version, Ive transfered to the second server(s) but now I prefer to stay in Teva. Why? I dont want to start again, I gained new friends in Teva and i dont want to loose the "Closed Beta Tester" title (not sure bout this).

so....are stayin?

Well, if they offered a character xfer service sure, but opening it a week and a half later, and what good would our CB titles do us as we'd be brand new there as well.

As I'm established inTeva now.. I see no reason to start all over and get my character up in both levels and production skill points, close to 1000 on each now.

Hm...I'm not sure I want to move to Apoline either. I'm pretty new to the game and so far had played for 4 days (counting today). It was fun figuring out parts of the game by myself (and bugging others to help me at times too). However, it is quite...laggy...even with cable internet. X_X

Teva is most likely laggy cause you're internet is being bogged down by having to load all those people and their shops. Try shift z, if that doesn't work then try Apoline and see what happens.

Back to the original topic, I'm choosing Teva just because I don't feel like having to start all over again and familiarize myself with general item prices. Plus you can't transfer characters >_<

I myself also started not to long ago, about a week? maybe less.
i wouldn't xfer over to Apoline, as carceenogen said "I gained new friends in Teva".
and i have made new friends, many people to party with going to dungeons killing King Marlone or Mara hunting, it's fun
and i also hate to restart all over again.
but the only reason i would have to restart in that server is to literally outlvl everyone, make a guild, be a legend lol and just **** everyone haha, but it's such a hassle to do all that again
unless, they made it so you can xfer character info over to Apoline or Make it so every player has 1 choice to pick a server and stay there.
i don't know if thats possible but it should be.

why is it pointless I don't understand, I come online ones too busy I go and play on the other, it does not cost me anything. I'm not one of these people that worries about not being the max limit on my characters, I'm only here to have some fun.

Close but not entirely true. I use to play Silk Road Online. It went from 2 servers to around 15 or so now. I went back when Fiesta was taken out of Closed Beta and down for a week during the phase to Open Beta. I logged in and tried to access my old characters but couldn't because the server was so full of people. I tried for several days. Finally I gave up and went to a new one and started over to pass the time.

I registered my names of my characters on the new server for just such a situation that may or may not arise down the line as more and more people filter into FO here.

I already have 2 or 3 friends in Teva, but I'll definitely be making a character or 2 in the other server with my same names, hehe.

I try apoline for 1 day
but the newbies ruined the economy yet lol elures 15c worst than Teva so I dont need to leave my char in teva if the economy situation is the same in apoline they dont understand cuz newbies think all the armors cost 50c XD

How do you know they're nubs if they're selling stuff for that cheap? It could very well be experienced CB1 or 2's on Apoline making stuff and exploiting or a quick skill boost.

I'll stay in Teva too... loved the moment I had with friends and guildmates, and I just don't want to lose them... even though they might choose Apoline, but anyway :) I guess we can find each other..

I will stay in Teva as well.

I wish that we had been offered the chance to transfer some of our established characters as I think that both the economy and the general society on the newer servers would benefit from having at least a few more experienced, more mature players there if only to help out the new players as they arrive.

However, with the situation as it is, Teva is my in-game home. The friends I have made - both in CB and since - are there, my guild-to-be is there, etc.

I'm staying in apoline. i started in apoline anyways ( 5 days ago) almost hit 20 =D. is there going to be a server reset before they launch the game? (when closed beta finishes)

don't really like the lag much..
but it's fine with me...don't lag as much as most people say u would...well for me anyways..
just started like a few days ago too
i'm more of a solo person so barely any friends :[
