These are spammers are crowding up the towns and spamming i'm going to quit soon if something is not done aobut them, hier someone to watch ur servers and ban them if you have to we can't talk in town because of these people and they ruin the market values... ive been here 11 weeks ... if there not banned soon youll lose me and my money that would otherwise be spent on cash shop to support this game.

The biggest problem is that all the GM's are outspark employee's and as far as I can make out are only ever on the game during working hours, so the gold sellers, botters and scammers own this game when it is not the outspark working hours, which is about 2/3 of the day, also now that they have 2 servers, this cuts down the amount of time down by half that a GM can/will be on any 1 server.

Sadly, this is true. The GMs deal with the cases as they are able to have proof and/or see it happening themselves.
Please remember that there are very few actual GMs running around at any given time. When they are in game they are usually trying to host events, answer the bazillion beggers, spammers, and "can I have a buff and 2 gold pls kind GM" crap. They put up with a LOT, just look at Closed Betas and then at least quadruple that for Open Beta.

Perfect! Be sure to send that to Kaalan and/or Drakkan. They may not always be in game but they do take screen shots as a proof of concept report.

Maybe the server need some kind of anti spam script, who look for a pattern and automatically ban the scammer.

Only downside to that would be the spammers could alter the wording enough to bypass it. Since there are shout titles and everything it might be easier to just take screen shots and keep reporting till they maybe ban IP China entirely.
Ironicly enough I can't see why they'd want to come play the English version given there is the game in their own language already. Makes me curious what they do to such spammers over there. I'd love to know.
Edit: Maybe filter for website links?

Ehence why the script should look for a pattern, instead of having an hard coded pattern.
And IP banning won't work either. In my case I just need to reboot my modem to have a new IP.
Why do you think they're chineese ?

What you said here makes perfect sense, and that's what should be done. Many other games already enforce these localizations, and the "Global" (USA and Europe mostly) versions usually do not allow asian connections, for the reason that there is a well established version of their own, often months and months ahead of the english version content anyway.

Because one of the players traced and posted the information leading back to the site itself. Other than that, I honestly wouldn't know. I think it also comes from the history of online gaming too, my view on that. The majority of farmers and such come from China. Stereotypical I know.. >.<;

Look... no matter where you go... no matter what you do... there are going to be these people. Unless there's a game that you have to be invited to play, then it's going to have these people. Just look at ALL of the 1.000.000 games out there, and you'll see that the spammers are looking or a way for easy money, whether or not that it's in-game or not.
