That might be your graphics card/drivers. The game seems fine to me and plays a lot better than the last couple days.

Yesterday after the new server came on line and the patch was automatically downloaded all of the characters looked cell shaded and not CG.
And all characters had stark black pixelized outlines.
It definitely was not my graphic card driver that was the issue because it looked the same on both of my PCs and also my laptop.
And prior to the patch all looked very well.
Also a friend of mine in chat was asking me if I was seeing the same thing.
So I think that ashleyg23145 may actually be experiencing video issues not related to the graphics driver on his machine.
Just my opinion.
