Hi There!!!
I tried to play today for the first time this week and my character is missing... I had to create a new one to play, but I want the old one back... I had evolved it and I don't want to lose that time... Can anyone help me?

More information would help. When was the character created? Closed Beta? Open Beta?
How many levels was the character and what server? The reason I ask is some people head into the new server and ask "where's my character?!".

The character was created about 3 weeks ago, I believe it was created in Open Beta, it was on level 13... It was created in the old server... Teva... But I tried it before, it isn't in any server...

3 weeks ago.. I think that was still Closed Beta. Open beta started on August 27th. I think that's what may have happened to your character. Because it was in Closed Beta, it got whipped out during the switch.
People who made level 20 before the end of Closed Beta were allowed to keep their name, character, and class. All characters below level 20 were deleted and those who made 20 were just reset to level 1.
And everyone's stuff was erased except for above mentioned. Hope this helps. It looks like you'll just need to start anew, which isn't so bad since both servers are still semi in infancy stage of Open Beta.

If you character was accidentally deleted by either you or the GMs it is very unlikely that it is ever coming back.
However with some diligence you can get a character up to level 10 in one evening of game play so losing the level 13 doesn't seem like a really big deal to me as long as you were able to get your same name back.
Now if it was a level 18 or 19 character I would understand why you would be upset as I would be upset too.
If you want some help leveling up your character I would suggest joining a party as long as you do your part and make a contribution you will get back to your previous level really fast.
My recommendation is to let it go and move on.
