I purchased and was using a 50% XP card before the solstice olympics closing ceremony. After you activated the server wide boost something strange took place. Not only did I not recieve my the 85% combined, but my 50% boost stopped working completely. I contacted Outspark Support and after the emailing of some information and screenshots they told me the problem had been forwarded to the GM Team and to consult you guys. I know you are busy but they told me to contact you, and since it isnt my fault that my item isnt working, I would like at least another 7day 50% boost since it was only used for a day b4 it quit or my SC back to purchase a new one. After a reply is given I can issue the screenshots of my lvl, xp gained per mob, and map i was in.
