connection to servers has failed

well when i sign in from launcher it goes on to the screen where you useually pick a server but it says connection to servers has failed anyone know what i do ive only been playing 2 days i have no idea anyone who can help plase do thank you

Either the server is down or it may be firewall interupting it.

And then there's always the unknown stuff.

thank you thats basicaly what i thought but firewalls is set to allow it but yes there's those unknown things i hate anyone have any ideas what to do about it though
