Archer Aoe empowerment checking

ok here it is
1-21: power shot: CD +5 , Multi shot CD+5
21-41: Multi shot Atk power+5, Venemous shot +5 CD
41-61 Mist+5 CD
Thats all add any thing u want thanks
Im a Str build and 5 spr every half lvl to whole lvl . ex: At lvl 25 -30 add spr starting at lvl 20 with the 5 more stat points
