*sigh*. this is ridiculous. people who made this program should be shot.
first of all, i'm on google.com trying to find "how to remove" links and every link it redirects me.

i try to dl antispyware/removal of antivir and it says it won't work.

i'm so frustrated by this, if any of you have ever gotten this, PLEASE tell me what you did.
