Simple Fact - Teleporter

For those of you who don't know, and want to save tons of money over time, never use a town portal scroll to get to another town. Always look for your local "Town Portal Sargeant" If you can't find him, click "M" for your minimap. Then just search for him with your mouse. Town portal scrolls are meant for if your out in the wild and you want to get back to town.
Hope this helps you save lots of money (if you didn't know this already)

This was still a good thing in my opinion. Sometimes people don't pay attention to things like that and this is a good way to get them noticed as well. Especially when the annoucement goes "Bye-Bye"

A pity you can't teleport to Uruga from the town portals.

Actually, I think its a good thing you can't get to Uruga from the town portals.
What would Isya be like if all you needed to do to get to this dangerous city by just showing up in Roumen and clicking a button?

I predict:
Trains by people who don't understand that Uruga isn't like Roumen and Elderine. (There are mobs just outside the city)
Begging!
Gold Spammers!
And... 101 shouts of "plvl please?"

Part of the glory of Uruga is that its somewhere you have to work to get to at lower levels.
