theres a problem,i downloaded the outspark thing,but when i click ok it says either your usename or password is incorrect or you are not authorized to participate in the closed data,please help asap

it came up as a courputed file. thanx for the effoert though. check your disk it said that it might be dammaged. of at least thats what the pop up said
