Help Game Download

Now ive downloaded the game or the Outspark Launcher what ever it was i downloaded finish and there was no way for me to access the game i uninstalled and did it again an to no avail samething happened. Everytime i double click it and try to load it up it trys to load somethin but then it stops..Can anyone help me with this?

1.) Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

2.) Do you have your current video drivers?

3.) Do you have a firewall running?

Not having 1 and 2 can cause loading problems. Having 3 can block the game from loading.
