Can't create character.

I can log in to the game and connect to the server, but when I click "Create", the game freaks and shuts down. What's goin' on?:confused:

Do you have latest version of DirectX 9.0c?
What Video card are you using? are the drivers up to date?
Are you using a firewall?

it's really borring 'cause game looks great ;__;
