Illusion Quake-Invoke an Illusion of huge rocks falling and cast the target into fear. It decreases victim's HP and movement speed. Effect varies as skill lvl.

but what iv always wanted is somthin like this, but with like a definition after the skill like

meditation lv 1- heals mp for 10 seconds, costs 45 mp, can be used on seld or others

no youll have to find the book once you reach the lvl requirement for the skill lvl its not very hard to find skill books though so dont worry
