How do I obtain Level 2 Slash?

I just reached level 31 for a squire. I couldn't find a level 2 book with the spell book master. How do I level my spell?

In this game you can only buy the level 1 books from the npc up to level 61 for new skills. The rest of the books and upgrades to them have to be looted from monsters(You can detect which maps judging by monster drops.) or bought from other players.
