black patch under my char

I've looked around for this prob in the forums and i havent come across anyone else having this prob but ingame everything runs super smooth except i have this black patch following me under my feet (some kind of graphic issue perhaps?). plz let me know if this is fixable thanks

no its not my shadow, this is like a pitch black kinda square shaped thing
