Is this a skill? If not, where can i get the scrolls? I looked in the scroll production but apparently, it can't be produced. Please help :)

It's a cleric skill, called Endure, the first level of it becomes available at level 47.
You can buy the skill scrolls from Paladin Master Keast in Elderine.
As far as producable scrolls, there are Vitality scrolls that increase HP and Mentality scrolls that increase SP. These have a similar effect to Endure.

Following on what Thas said, a cleric gets their first endure at lvl 47, t2 endure comes at level 59 and t3 endure comes at 71.

Can i purchase the scroll in Elderine? And why is it that sometimes when i level, i find that i have been buffed with increased max hp & sp when no one buffed me?

:pNo. You can get endure at LVL37 im just lvl 31 but i have looked at paladinmaster Keast.:p
