[slash]Excuse me, but I seem to have a little problem here. Sorry if I'm causing a fuss.

I managed to download the client and made sure this game was suppose to be compatible with my computer. When I typed in my ID and password and clicked "Play", a white rectangle appeared for a nanosecond and disappeared, and nothing else happened. Yep, the game wouldn't even start for me. I tried finding the problem myself, but I can't help thinking what am I missing or what is causing this.

If you may know this sort of problem, please reply to my post at haste. It would be so kind if you do, as I would like to play this game soon. Cheers.[/slash >.<;;]

Nevermind my error anymore, I think I found a solution, hehe. My bad... but at least I tried turning to this when I needed help.

Okay... this time... restarting the computer isn't going to help me anymore. The same problem is occuring again and I'm out of ideas. Help?

Hmm... that's new to me. Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed on your computer? I'm sorry for the lack of help as I'm trying to figure out what would be causing this error. Maybe also the graphics card drivers?

Thanks for your suggestions, but I have finally found the problem...

It seems in the troubleshoot in display of the control panel system, the bar was set to second to none... and that was at the time my desktop started going haywire. Lucky me... T_T

Anyway, I'm sure it won't happen again. This isn't any bug found in your game, it's my computer. At least I can enjoy playing... again. X3

when i was downloading outspark launcher it kept saying theres a connection problem but it downloaded now wen i try playing it says it was not installed correctly and i cant even play the game i tried to uninstall it but the same connection problem kept happeneing i downloaded the direct x thing please help

The connection problem means you need better internet connection. The error probaboly interfered with your installation and that's why it won't let you play the game.

Try getting a better connection, DSL to be decent, and reinstall the game. It should work. The only hard part is getting that internet connection. Good luck to you.
