Help, Problems W/ Launcher!!!!!!!!!!

ok, when i click on the launcher, it says it's failed to start 'cause the application figure's incorrect, re-installing it might help and i did that but it's still not working!!!!!!! I posted this in the other thread, but someone said to post it here.

What kind of computer specs (RAM, OS, Video Card, etc) do you have and do you have DirectX 9.0c?

Don't wanna sound stupid, but how can I check if I have the DirectX?

Start--> Run type in "dxdiag"

It will tell you everything you will need to know about your comp.

Ok, I did that, and it says I have DirectX, I have the correct model, correct RAM, everything's fine, but it still says that!!!! HELP ME PLEAAAAASE
