when ever i log on thiers just a blue screen with my charatcer then my computer freezes

What kind of computer specs (RAM, OS, Video Card) do you have? And do you have DirectX 9.0c?

That means your video card can't handle the game. It appears you don't meet game requirements. Let me guess, It's a laptop with integrated graphics?

little late but it was a vaio not updated to the game
