I'm getting the same error on a Vista Home Premium machine. Every download is the same size to the bit but none work.

Same thing happened to me >.>
I researched NSIS and stuff all up on Wikipedia lol.. but yeah... I solved it by downloading the Fiesta setup on a friend's computer, put it on my iPod and then to my computer ( With Vista Home Premium ) =X
I'm pretty sure it'd work with a standard USB device thingy aswell :\
