When i complete the quest for skill master ruby for clam meats she keeps putting me on the same quest that happened yesterday i'll see if it happens again today =)

That's not a bug, its a repeat quest. It means you can do it over and over and over till you finally get sick of it. You did complete the quest, its just a "repeat quest".
