error with manual patch for launcher

I could not open the launcher after the server move. I found the sticky that sent me to Joker's post with the manual launcher patch, but the .net framework 2.0 will not download when I try to run the program, it says it isn't a valid windows 32 application....so now what do I do?


edit: a fast reply would be very nice, as my gf will more than likely have the same problem tomorrow when she ologs on and I will have to explain to her how to fix it

I also dont have my chars 1 main char and 3 bagpack :D i am a epith player >,>. I try another account of one of my friends and also he didnt have the char >,>. He was just beginning but i want my chars... i am gonna chech my brother's account to see if its only some ppl >,>
