Outspark.exe - Application Error

I haven't seen this error posted yet, so here's what I'm getting after patch was downloaded. I try to restart Fiesta and I get:

The patch worked on 2/3 computers just fine. This 3rd computer is the only one with this issue. Rebooting computer doesn't help.

I re-install 2 time also cant connect to fiesta TELL ME WHY!!!??

you may not have microsofts .net framework 2.0 installed on that computer. You will need to install it before updating the launcher.
