Still not connected server yet!!

I follow all informations about how to work new patch and I installed .net20 and new patch to right folder, but still not connected server yet.
"connection to servers has failed" that's all I can see~

all forum says do this, do this, and do this....nothing help or any informations from outspark officially.

I need help this problem!!

Servers are not officially back up to 100% yet. Wait until they make an announcement. Chances are they are not fully up. If they make an announcement that maintenance is over, then you can contact support@outspark.com. Include as much info about the problem as possible, including your OS version, system specs and any error messages you might recieve. Also include any info about your connection to the internet.

Ok i can connect already. Just now I go install Framework 2.0 and Manual Launcher Patch
so can login. Btw server r lag tis is another problem now.........

Shahared, everybody post already what problem they have.

My opinion is...if servers are not 100% backed yet, they shouldn't open servers!
Here is why
1. it cause of claim
2. it takes time to find out casue of problems and announce to the Outspark's "Customers"
3. Making company looks unprofessional and unhelpful
4. whatever you are saying will be excuse to people who have problems

All we need right informations about what is this problem and how to fix it!

The reason for that error Terran is that you're using an old version of the launcher, which is connecting to the old login server IP (It changed with the server).
Everybody needs to manually install the new launcher, because the old one is not updating itself properly.

i had the same problem and the manual patcher solved it.

make sure you choose the Outspark folder for installing (not Fiesta, not Launcher)

hope you get back to the game too

Hi all,

Dispite the message stating that the servers are back up being posted 12 hours ago I still get the same error when I try to log in.

I have rebooted and reinstalled the launcher complete with manual patches... I have also contacted support team.

Anyone had any luck in resolving this issue yet?

Humm im starting to wonder if its the same problem i hade. There new server IP is blacklisted as its Virgin corp but open 207.211.84.14:9010 on your IP blockers and it should work. Did it and it workt then you need to open all the servers for that server that you got your chars on.

if you want you can try to trace the server to see if you got a IP block or not on it.
Simply run a MS dos window. to do that press the start button then Run..
typ "cmd" and hit enter then i MS dos command window opens.
then typ "tracert 207.211.84.14"
then it should print out something like this

Fiesta didn't connect here either but I figured out that my IP blocker was blocking the IP posted earlier in this thread. I can connect now but when I'm at the server select window now, I get an error message "Failed to connect to world server". The only server I can connect to is Teva, so I guess the other servers are simply offline.

First off, .net frameworks are independent of each other. That means that version 3.0 is NOT the same as version 2.0. You need to install version 2.0 ONLY. So that should clear that up. If you want to see if you have .net 2.0 installed, check your add/remove programs utility located in your control panel. It should be listed as "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1"

As far as the windows installer, you should already have this installed, since it is part of microsoft update. But some people manually update, and may be behind, that is why I included a list of required software. (also so that people who have old version of Internet Explorer are aware that it is required for download).

And your logic is flawed because this is not in fact a patch at all. This is simply an update to the launcher that starts the programs. .Net 2.0 is a developers framework that allows people to write software that integrates with windows better. It is a quite common application that most people have already installed on their system. A large amount of programs use it, and it is released by Microsoft so there should be no problem installing it. I don't see what the problem is, really. Unless you don't actually update windows on a regular basis you should have already installed it.

And if you didn't install it, you probably should, since many programs in the future will be using .net frameworks to incorporate software into the windows environment. It has nothing to do with Outspark, it has everything to do with Microsoft. If there is anything to complain about, complain about Windows making it harder and harder for people to write cross platform software and applications....or blame Apple for making it easier to run Windows applications on a Mac....or blame Linux because it owns Macs and PCs. :D
